The Product Line Studio (PLS) Scalable Requirements solution enables businesses to meet their customers at their point of need.  It enables you, the Vendor, to create a custom product specification document perfectly matched to your customer's needs. This gives the customer confidence that their needs are understood and will not be lost in a sea of irrelevant product line capabilities.

The process goes as follows:

• The Customer selects the features and settings they think they want.
• The Vendor uses PLS to generate a product specification document (a.k.a. "data sheet" or "requirements document") based on the features and settings selected by the customer.
• The customer reviews the product specification document.  They may modify their features and settings selections, or they may ask for capability that is not currently available in the product line.
• If necessary, the Vendor amends the product line requirements database to account for new capability requested by the customer. The vendor then generates an updated product specification document for final approval by the customer.
• Once the product specification document is approved, the Vendor uses the modified requirements database to implement and track the status of the customer's product.
